How long does it take to build my restaurant website?

Thanks to our standardized approach, we can typically have your complete solution up and running within 1-2 weeks. This includes content setup and training.

What does the annual renewal fee cover?

The $150 annual renewal fee covers hosting on Vercel's premium infrastructure, security updates, technical support, and ensures your website remains fast, secure, and up-to-date with the latest web standards.

Do I need technical knowledge to update my menu?

Not at all! We've designed the system to be extremely user-friendly. You can easily add, edit, or remove menu items through the Sanity CMS interface, which is intuitive and requires no coding knowledge. We provide training to ensure you're comfortable managing your content.

What is Sanity CMS and how does it work?

Sanity CMS is the content management system we use that powers your website. It's a flexible and user-friendly platform that allows you to easily update your menu items, business information, images, and other content without any technical knowledge. We set everything up for you and provide training on how to use it effectively.

What hosting platform do you use for the websites?

We host all restaurant websites on Vercel, a premium cloud platform known for its exceptional performance, reliability, and security. Vercel provides global CDN distribution, ensuring your website loads quickly for visitors anywhere in the world. This enterprise-grade hosting is included in both your setup and annual renewal fees.

Is the website optimized for search engines?

Yes, all our restaurant websites are built with SEO and AEO best practices in mind. We implement proper meta tags, schema markup, and other technical SEO elements to help your restaurant rank better in search results and be easily discoverable by AI engines.

How does the reservation system work?

By default, the reservation form sends notifications directly to your WhatsApp for easy management. However, we can also configure it to send reservations to your email or integrate with your existing reservation system's API if you already have one in place. This flexibility ensures the solution works with your current operations.

Can I add more pages to my website later?

While our solution is based on a standardized template, we can discuss adding additional pages or features as your needs evolve. Some customizations may incur additional costs, but we're always happy to explore options to help your business grow.

What if I make changes to my restaurant's menu but don't have time to update my menu on the website?

We can do it for you! After launch, you have 2 months of free content updates. If you're interested in us handling it regularly, you can visit our Content Update Service page to see which offer best fits your needs.

What kind of performance can I expect from my website?

Your website will be built using modern web technologies and hosted on Vercel's high-performance infrastructure. Can I use my own domain name?

You can use your existing domain name or we can help you purchase and set up a new one. The domain registration cost is not included in our package, but we'll guide you through the process and handle the technical configuration to connect your domain to your Vercel-hosted website.

What happens if I need help after the website is launched?

We provide ongoing support as part of your annual renewal fee. You can reach out to our support team via email, and we'll help you with any questions or issues you might have.

Do I need to create an account to manage my restaurant website?

Yes, you'll need to create an account on our dashboard to manage your restaurant website. The dashboard provides a secure way to update your menu, view analytics, manage reservations, and handle billing. Account creation is simple and only requires basic information and a valid email address.

How secure is my account and payment information?

We take security very seriously. We use Clerk, a trusted authentication provider, to secure your account with industry-standard practices including email verification and optional two-factor authentication. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor that ensures your payment details are never stored on our servers.

What can I do through the dashboard?

Our dashboard is your central hub for managing all aspects of your restaurant website. You can update your menu items, view visitor analytics, manage reservations, handle billing and subscription details, access support, and customize various aspects of your website. The intuitive interface makes it easy to keep your site up-to-date without any technical knowledge.

How do I update my billing information or change my subscription?

You can manage all billing-related matters through the Billing section of your dashboard. This includes updating payment methods, viewing invoice history, changing subscription plans, and managing renewal settings. Any changes to your subscription will be reflected immediately in your account.

What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your subscription, your website will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your site will be deactivated but your data will be retained for 30 days, giving you time to reconsider or export your information. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems in accordance with our data retention policy.

Can multiple staff members access our restaurant's dashboard?

Currently, we support a single account per restaurant. However, you can share access credentials with trusted staff members who need to manage the website. We're working on implementing team accounts with different permission levels in a future update.
